My Role

I supported the research team by observing moderated sessions, capturing detailed notes, organizing evidence across participants, identifying recurring usability themes, and preparing clips and quotes for stakeholder deliverables. I also helped review competitor tools to understand how similar platforms handled comparable workflows.
